Bolivian judge Lilian Moreno was detained on Monday, a week after she controversially threw out an arrest warrant for former president Evo Morales over his alleged relationship with a 15-year-old girl while in power. Morales plans on running for a fourth term in August elections despite a court ban on presidents serving more than two terms.
