Is the trade war between China and the United States heading for a de-escalation? Both sides say they are open to dialogue to reach an agreement. However the Chinese Ministry of Commerce emphasized Friday that it wants the U.S. to reverse unilateral tariffs… failing that there could be further distrust between the two countries.
