German voters head to the polls on Sunday with the conservatives as the strong favorites after an intense campaign underscored by a far-right surge.
Figures showed that around 52% of Germans have already voted by 2PM today. Turnout is usually high in Germany, as it was the case for previous elections. Nick Holdsworth, our correspondent from Berlin, spoke to some voters who expressed their urgence to vote in these elections.
