Rwanda and DR Congo leaders meet in Qatar: 'A surprise for various reasons'

In a surprise announcement, the presidents of Rwanda Paul Kagame and DR Congo Felix Tshisekedi are said to have met in Qatar this Tuesday. The Qatari ministry of foreign affairs released a joint statement that says: “The heads of state reaffirmed the commitment of all parties to an immediate and unconditional ceasefire”as agreed.
