Spanish authorities have recently decided to deport a 38-year-old Moroccan event organizer due to an anti-LGBT poster displayed at a private party.

The investigation revealed that the individual, living in Spain illegally despite working as an event organizer, had posted a notice at the event, explicitly prohibiting the attendance of LGBT individuals.

Following his release, the organizer was charged with publicly inciting hatred.

Pedro Fernández, the government representative in Andalusia, confirmed the deportation decision, which is now awaiting judicial approval.

The incident came to light after information spread on social media about the event, prompting the Torremolinos Police Intelligence Unit to launch an investigation.

The poster at the event listed five rules, one of which explicitly banned LGBTQ+ attendees, leading to the charges against the organizer.
