Teens in Paris train station use axe, samurai sword and baseball bats in violent fight

A violent altercation on a suburban train outside Paris on Monday left four teenagers injured, two critically after they used an axe, a knife, a samurai sword, and baseball bats.

The incident occurred at the Ozoir-la-Ferriere station with one victim suffering a severed hand, while another had their skull split open. The other two victims sustained less serious injuries.

The primary suspect, a 16-year-old, was subsequently arrested at his home. An axe was recovered from the scene.

All injured individuals were transported to the hospital and are reported to be stable.

The train service was not disrupted as the incident took place at a station.

The exact cause of the altercation remains under investigation.
