The UK Home Office has reportedly granted an official passport to the beloved fictional character Paddington Bear.
Rob Silva, co-producer of the upcoming film Paddington in Peru, revealed the unique document during an interview with Radio Times magazine, noting that it features Paddington’s photo and lists him simply as “Bear.”
Silva said that the movie’s production wrote to the British Home Office to request a passport replica for the movie, only to be surprised with an official passport for the fictional bear.
