Nos exigences
- UN Global Principles for Information Integrity (2024) — we say plainly that programs write our news, publish the rules we apply and publish what they stopped. Voir la règle.
- Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Articles 12 and 19 — we carry no gossip, no hearsay and nothing from anyone's private life, and a story needs a named source that published it. Voir la règle.
- UNICEF ethical reporting guidelines on children — in the family section we keep a child's dignity and never identify a child in distress. Voir la règle.
- World Health Organization published guidance — we never give a remedy, a dose, a diagnosis or a “you should”, and carry only what a named institution published, with the link. Voir la règle.
- IFJ Global Charter of Ethics for Journalists — every fact carries the page it came from, and our corrections are prompt and public. Voir la règle.
Each rule below says which published standard we hold ourselves to. None of these bodies has endorsed Hada News, reviewed it, or has any connection to it: the standards are public, and holding ourselves to them in code is our decision alone.

Headlines come from the institutions that fund and commission production, and from trade publications. We show the headline and a link to the publisher. No article text is reproduced here.

Règles éditoriales
We link; we do not copy. Every item shows a headline and a link to the original — never the article's text. State-affiliated sources are marked as such. Both languages are treated as first-class: an English item and its Arabic twin are one story, not two.
L'annuaire
Every entry links to the institution's own site. Where a site no longer works, the entry stays listed and says so. Arabic names appear only where the institution publishes one — a name written wrongly in its own language is worse than an honest gap.

Comment nous comptons nos lecteurs
The "daily readers" figure on the front page is yesterday's page views, not people: one person reading four pages counts as four. We store one thing — a date and a number. No cookie, no IP address, no device identifier, nothing that could be traced back to you. Requests from known crawlers and prefetches are left out where we can recognise them, and a reader with JavaScript turned off is never counted at all, so the real number is higher than the one we print. We print what we measured.

The newsletter and your email address
Ce que nous conservons
Your email address, the language and frequency you chose, and when you subscribed, confirmed or unsubscribed. Nothing else: no name, no tracking pixels, no click tracking.
Confirming
After you sign up we send one email with a link. You are subscribed only after you open it; if you don't within 48 hours, nothing more is sent.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and your mail app's own Unsubscribe button works too. We then keep your address only on a do-not-send list, so it is never mailed again unless you sign up and confirm afresh.
Who sees it
Only Hada News, and the email service that delivers the messages for us. We never sell or share the list. To have your record removed entirely, write to us through the takedown page.
