Gushcloud takes majority stake in TalentPlus Dubai for MENA creator monetisation
Gushcloud International has completed a majority acquisition of UAE talent firm TalentPlus Dubai, rebranding the unit to manage MENA creators globally and monetise global creator IP in the region.
Gushcloud International has completed a majority acquisition of TalentPlus Dubai, a UAE talent management and influencer marketing firm. Gushcloud had taken a minority stake about 15 months earlier. Campaign Middle East reported the completion on 21 January 2026.
TalentPlus is to rebrand as Gushcloud TalentPlus. The unit’s stated remit is to manage and invest in selected MENA creators for global representation, and to represent and monetise global creators and their intellectual property for the MENA market.
Michel Chahda continues as CEO of Gushcloud TalentPlus and becomes a Partner at Gushcloud International. Gay Carr, chief of staff at Gushcloud International, is linked to Gushcloud’s multi-year partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office to establish a regional headquarters for EMEA and India in Abu Dhabi.
The companies said the deal strengthens capabilities in reserved media, creator IP development and cross-border monetisation. Equity percentage, purchase price and roster size were not disclosed.
