What we keep, and why
In plain words: very little, and only with your say.

Votre adresse courriel, la langue et la fréquence choisies, et la date de votre inscription, de votre confirmation ou de votre désabonnement. Rien d’autre : ni nom, ni pixel de suivi, ni suivi des clics. Le site compte lui-même les visites avec Google Analytics, votre adresse étant tronquée et les signaux publicitaires désactivés, mais seulement si vous l’acceptez : l’analyse ne fonctionne qu’avec votre consentement, donné par OK dans la barre en bas de page. Si vous choisissez Non merci, rien n’est envoyé à Google. Votre choix est conservé dans votre navigateur, pas dans un cookie, et vous pouvez le modifier à tout moment via « Choix de confidentialité » en bas de page. Ce comptage n’est pas lié à votre inscription et ne vous identifie jamais.
Confirming
After you sign up we send one email with a link. You are subscribed only after you open it; if you don't within 48 hours, nothing more is sent.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and your mail app's own Unsubscribe button works too. We then keep your address only on a do-not-send list, so it is never mailed again unless you sign up and confirm afresh.
Who sees it
Only Hada News, and the email service that delivers the messages for us. We never sell or share the list. To have your record removed entirely, write to us through the takedown page.
If you create an account
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address and, if you share it, your name. If you ask for an emailed link instead, we receive only the address you type. We store that email, the language you prefer, the stories you choose to save, and whether you asked for the email Brief and when. We use them only to run your account and to send the Brief if you opted in. We never sell or share them, and we do not read your Google contacts, mail or files. You can turn the email Brief off, or delete your saved stories, at any time on your account page. To delete the whole account, write to us through the takedown page and we remove it.
