Kylie Kelce’s last name certainly draws a lot of attention these days. Even if you aren’t a football fan, the “Kelce” family name is basically impossible to miss: You have Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end currently dating Taylor Swift; NFL star Jason Kelce, who recently retired as a center for the Philadelphia Eagles; and of course, Jason’s wife, Kylie, a former college athlete and mom of three girls—all under the age of 5.

Kylie Kelce, who frequently uses her platform to fundraise for the Eagles Autism Foundation, also gives her 2 million followers an inside look at her day to day life. Here, Kelce shares the morning routine that gets her—and her three young children—up and out the door before 9 a.m.

She starts her day with a little self-care before her daughters wake up

I’m very much a morning person—the morning is my time to shine. I usually set three alarms: 6, 6:15, and 6:30am. Our kids don’t usually wake up until around 7:30 a.m., and I absolutely love having that buffer of time where I get to be a human being and be by myself. Once I get out of bed, I wash my face, brush my hair and get myself together. In the morning, I just splash some water on my face, then put a regular daily moisturizer on, something with SPF. I’ve leaned toward CeraVe for my moisturizers, but at night when I wash my face it’s usually a Dove bar of soap. The old-school blue. It’s been the tried and true since growing up.

She’ll eat something quick and protein-packed

I’ll go into the kitchen and get a cup of water, take my multivitamin, and grab something quick to eat for breakfast. I’m a huge Good Culture cottage cheese person. It’s funny because there’s this whole trend of people obsessed with cottage cheese now. Sometimes I’ll throw some mandarin oranges in there, but I don’t need to make it complicated. I’m not trying to make ice cream out of this, I just want to eat cottage cheese and try to get some protein in my breakfast.

Her go-to morning coffee has to be Dunkin’

I love Dunkin’, specifically they brought back their butter pecan flavor, and it has this chokehold on me that I can’t get out of—it is unreal. I go iced, and I’m one of those people who will have iced coffee until there’s snow on the ground.

Then it’s time to rally her three daughters to prep for school

Around 7:30 a.m. the girls start to wake up. That’s when we really get into the swing of their morning routine. We’re back into school for our two older daughters. So we have to make sure they have their water bottles, backpacks, shoes, and socks ready to go. The girls will get up and have their OLLY chewy vitamin. My middle daughter calls it her ‘gooey.’ I found OLLY during my first pregnancy when I was trying all of these different prenatals and every single one of them would make me nauseous. I think it’s so funny now that our girls take them. They’ve been receiving OLLY since they were in the womb, so now it’s gone full circle.

Finally, she’ll make sure the girls eat and pack their bags with the essentials

We always try to have breakfast. They’re not allowed to leave the house without putting something in their belly. They’re huge on the kid Clif BarsThey call them chocolate bars.

As a mom, I’ve also gone through a lot of different water bottles. I’m big on convenience, so I want water bottles that clean really well and can be put in the dishwasher. We found Thermos water bottles are the perfect size for the girls. They can easily pop the top open and it’s a sipper top so it doesn’t have a straw that will grow mold. Those are our two essentials in the morning—a quick grab-and-go granola bar and the water bottles are key for us. They’ll have their breakfast and we’re out the door by 8:45 a.m.
